About the event
It has come to this author’s attention that a most enticing barre class has entered the ton. One that promises sculpted arms, trembling thighs, and posture so regal it may turn even the Queen’s head. In this 45-min Bridgerton-inspired barre class, no prior experience is required, though stamina and a willingness to feel the burn are highly encouraged. Expect a soundtrack of modern melodies disguised in classical finery.
Wear leggings and grippy socks. If you don't own grippy socks, you can purchase on-site.
After class we will enjoy light snacks, get to know each other, and chat about books.
