About the event
Set to the soundtracks of our favorite hockey romances, Gloves Off is a 45-min boxing and strength class. We'll first go over the six introductory punches, and then the class will be 50% strength training and 50% glove time. Expect to work as hard as that decade-long sexual tension. No boxing experience is required. Just bring your energy, competitive streak, and ideally, strong feelings about at least one fictional hockey player.
After class, we'll snack, chat about books, and get to know each other.
