Enjoy a 45 min cycle class set to thrilling and monstrous songs that remind us of our favorite suspenseful novels. This is a beginner-friendly, semi-private class (so we might be mixed in with a few regular Handle Bar riders). Music tends to be loud but there are earplugs right at the front desk, and be advised there are lighting effects throughout class.
Tickets are $20.
The Handle Bar offers free spin shoes and a sweat towel for class. If you have your own spin shoes, feel free to bring those. There are cubbies, lockers, bathrooms, and showers. All you need to bring is water and wear your fave cardio attire - it's gonna get hot and sweaty quick. Also make sure to leave your phone outside the cycle room (unless you're on call for work.)
