This Throne of Glass-inspired barre class is for anyone who's ever wanted to be Aelin Ashryver Galathynius (and her ability to set a room on fire while barely breaking a sweat). Expect controlled burns, pulses worthy of Rowan, and a soundtrack built for Terrasen's queen. No experience required—just bring your inner Fireheart.
Class will be a mixed of barre and trampoline cardio, featuring dagger dumbbells from Dragon's Edge.
Wear sneakers and athletic attire. Bring water and a towel.
